Q) How do I order your gifts?
A) You can place an order by simply calling or emailing us after browsing our website.
Q) Can you deliver to all states in Australia?
A) Unfortunately, due to quarantine restrictions, we can't send plants to Western Australia and Tasmania. We can deliver to all other states subject to an inspection fee paid to The Department of Primary Industries. Please note that this fee is initially paid by Eco Celebrations but is then passed on to you the client. Delivery can be made to any other state subject to arranging your own freight / pick up.
Please note that our jiffy pots can be delivered across Australia and overseas.
Q) How are your products delivered?
A) For Regional Queensland and Intertstate deliveries, we use cardboard boxes specially designed for plant travel. Our products are carefully packed to ensure a safe and incident free journey. For your peace of mind, we take photos of your order and email them to you prior to despatch. Please note, you the client are responsible for arranging your own freight.
Q) I don't have a credit card. How can I pay for your products?
A) We can supply you with our bank details so you can pay by direct transfer. Cash and Cheques are only accepted with prior arrangement. Alternatively, you can perform secure payments using your Paypal.
Q) I have a particular request for a theme and colour. Can you help?
A) You can choose your suitable gift boxes from our extensive range available. You can also browse our Gallery page for designs we have available.
