Payments

We accept payments via Direct Deposits to our bank account and Paypal. Cash and Cheque payments are only accepted with prior arrangement. A Tax invoice is then sent to you via email.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required before any orders are processed. All deposits are non-refundable.

Please note that goods will only be despatched after full payment has been received. Contact us for our bank details.

Brisbane Metro and the Gold Coast

Eco Celebrations services  Brisbane metro area and the Gold Coast. To ensure high standard of quality, Eco Celebrations requests that local customers  pick up their order rather than use a courier. This will save you money on freight and ensure that you receive your gifts safely. Eco Celebrations can also deliver with prior arrangement. However, this service does incur a fee depending on area of delivery. Please call us for a quote.

Other States

Regional Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia

Delivery to regional Queensland and all other states as mentioned above is possible at clients own cost. Please note that in addition to courier fees, there is also a cost for packing and a fee for the Department of Primary Industries. The DPI fee is for an inspection of the plants to ensure they are free of pests and diseases before they are moved interstate. Please call us for a quote and we will be happy to assist.

Goods are despatched between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). When ordering, please advise the exact date you wish your gifts to be delivered so that we can deliver timely. Once your order has been finalised, an electronic tax invoice detailing your order and delivery charges will be emailed to you.

Important Information

Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate. We suggest that you arrange for a recipient to be available to receive the product. 

Please also advise if you do not wish us to contact the recipient. If there is nobody to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a calling card or alternatively you can request for the delivery to be left at the doorstep. If the first delivery attempt fails, we will endeavour to deliver again on the same day. However, this will incur additional charges.

 

Delivery Rates

Delivery rates are quoted per carton when you place your order. As these are calculated according to destination, weight and volume of gifts, customers will be notified prior to delivery should there be any changes to quoted delivery rates. This is mainly applicable to large orders which may require multiple cartons for freighting to Regional Queensland and all other states.

  

Ordering Information

To ensure that the gifts you want are available, please place your order at least 4 weeks before you require it. As our products are tailor made, we require at least 4 - 6 weeks notice for larger quantities required e.g. for wedding bombonieres and corporate functions. This is to ensure we have the material required so that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Please allow at least 1 week for delivery time during peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.                                                               This is to ensure the gifts get to their destination on time. Due to the hardy nature of our products , we suggest that you organise for your goods to be delivered at least 1 week earlier than required to ensure they don't get delayed in transit.
