Eco Celebrations is a registered business in QLD. Our ABN is 72 169 868 251 . By viewing and accessing this website you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined below. All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Pricing and GST

All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars $AUD.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order once it has been placed and paid for but not despatched, we will refund you the amount due after a 10% administration fee has been deducted off the total order value. If your order has left Eco Celebrations for delivery or has already been delivered, we will be unable to cancel your order. Cancelling an order with less than 24 hours notice will incur a further fee of 50% of the total order.

Order Changes

You may request a change to your order at any time before your order leaves Eco Celebrations for delivery and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.

Substitution

Whilst every effort is made for your order to be as exact as possible, in some cases substitutions may be necessary to fulfil your requirements. Should a product be unavailable we will replace it with a close substitute of equal or greater value.

Damage in Transit

As freight arrangements are made by you the client, Eco Celebrations takes no responsibility in any damages sustained during travel.

Fraud

Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Eco Celebrations does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.

Eco Celebrations collects personal information for the purpose of providing a specific product or service requested by the customer. We respect your privacy and are committed to the protection of your personal information. Information such as full name of customer and recipient, e-mail address, billing address, contact phone numbers may be required in order to provide this product or service. We use this information only to communicate with you regarding your order, to facilitate delivery of your order.

Eco Celebrations will not disclose any personal information unless the customer has authorised us to do so or unless required by law.
